Due to the nature of the items sold in our store and/or online, no returns or refunds will be accepted or processed. We do our best to describe the 2nd-hand items as "sealed" or "complete", "missing", "damaged", etc. Please inspect items before making a final purchase. As well, we are not responsible for factory sealed items with imperfections.

Unfortunately, we are unable to place holds on items. If there is something you would like to purchase, please contact us to make a payment via PayPal and your item(s) will be set back for pick up (to be picked up within 30 days from purchase). As well, any items that we are willing/able to ship will be available for shipping in the US only. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added at the time of purchase.
